I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely rooms that had 2 bathrooms, a very nice touch. They were spacious, comfortable, and extremely quiet, offering a great place to rest. However, the lack of natural light made the ambiance a bit dark. The service was friendly and helpful, but one incident with misplaced personal items was a downside. The location was excellent, close to everything and surrounded by nice parks and dining options. Dining was a highlight, with an excellent variety of dishes and great service. The facilities were well-organized and superb. Overall, a great stay with some minor hiccups.

After a day of hiking in the local area, the rooms with balconies at the hotel were a quiet, clean, and extremely comfortable retreat. The excellent breakfast provided a perfect start to the day. However, the check-in process could be improved.

The rooms with balcony were very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the excellent breakfast was a highlight after hiking in the local area.

The staff, especially those at the front desk and restaurant, were accommodating to all our needs. However, there were long periods without juice, water, and popular fruits/desserts at the buffet. The evening bar staff in the hotel bar were not very welcoming.

The hotel's location, just a few minutes from Krupowki, was great. It is close to the city center and offers easy access to tours and activities. However, the lighting and seating at the bar were uncomfortable.
